The Homestay
The traditional and local, Konkan styled house built with red laterite stone is a cozy abode hidden in the lush greens orchard and the organic farm. The house is the home of the farmer couple where they personally host travelers offering them an opportunity to live with a farmer and experience farming, making it a perfect homestay. The house décor is rustic, simple and earthy with the dung smeared floors and wooden furniture made by the local artisans.
Mandap

Otee & Padavi (The Living)
The common areas on the ground and the upper floor are spacious, airy and comfortably cozy with easy chairs and Bajlas. The ground floor also has a library with a nice collection of books on variety of subjects. The upper floor has a small deck with an easy chair and a swing giving you

The Rooms
Kholya
The house has six guest rooms in total. Divided into three on each floor, the rooms too are spacious and earthy. All rooms are Non AC, have dung smeared floor and a Double Bed made with the laterite stone. Each room is a ‘Double Occupancy Room’ with the capacity to accommodate 2 extra persons. Each room has an attached toilet that is aptly urban styled for comfort and hygiene.


The Houd and the Paras Angan (The Water Pool and The Backyard)
The tiny ‘take a dip’ pool filled with the ground water from the farm wells is a charm in the summers for sure. The backyard is also laden with flowering plants blossoming throughout the year. It also has the lush bunches of Lemon Grass and the Tulsi that gives aroma to your cup of tea, every morning. The backyard stretches furter up in the hills with the mango and cashew trees and the local fauna.
The Machaans
Just about a hundred steps away from the house into the farm are the beautiful Machaans… “The Cozy Machaan” and the “Breezy Machaan”. Lie down on the Bajlas here with your favourite book, stick your eyes in to the lush green orchard around for hours or take a detoxing peaceful nap with music of chirping birds in the breezy noons! Chool Padavi (The kitchen)
Just next to the main house is the perfectly traditional styled Chulha kitchen. The place where the hosts cook the amazing food on the wood fire chulhas or the bio gas stove. Watching the kitchen team cooking the local cuisine with the indigenous methods is a treat to watch.

The Staff Room/ Driver’s Accommodation
The caring & loving team members at the farm have their spacious room with 5 beds and a toilet/bathroom that is maintained by them. The in-farm stay facility for the team assures the 24- hours service for the guests. The drivers of the guests are also accommodated in the same room with a separate bed for each.
